Breakthrough Revolution Corporation respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, the Vita Bella brand and the LinkUp online stores, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the rights you have under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Breakthrough Revolution Corporation is the personal information controller. Our Data Protection Officer (DPO) can be reached at breakthroughrevolution@gmail.com or at 1201 Summit One Towers, 530 Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, Philippines.
2. What we collect
| Category | Examples | When we collect it |
|---|---|---|
| Identity and contact | Name, email, mobile number, delivery and billing address | When you order, register or contact us |
| Order and payment | Items bought, order history, payment method and status (not full card numbers) | At checkout |
| Delivery | Address, recipient name, contact number, courier tracking | When we arrange delivery |
| Communications | Messages, inquiries, feedback, reviews, social media interactions | When you contact or tag us |
| Technical | IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, cookies | When you visit our website |
| Marketing | Newsletter and promo preferences | When you opt in |
We collect this information directly from you, automatically through our website, and from our payment providers and couriers as needed to complete your order. If you order through a LinkUp partner store, the partner who shared the store is told that an order was placed through it so the sale can be credited to them and they can assist you; partners never receive your payment details.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as health records. If you share health-related details (for example, an allergy) with our customer service, we use it only to answer your concern.
3. Why we use your information
- To process and deliver your orders, send confirmations and updates, and handle returns and refunds.
- To provide customer support and respond to complaints.
- To send promotions, product news and offers, only if you have agreed and always with an option to opt out.
- To improve our products, website and services, and to prevent fraud and misuse.
- To meet legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations, including product safety recalls.
Our legal bases are your consent, the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only as needed and only with:
- Couriers and logistics partners, to deliver your order.
- Payment processors (including our payment gateway, Xendit), banks and e-wallet providers, to process payments.
- IT, hosting, email and analytics providers who work under our instructions and confidentiality obligations.
- Marketplace platforms, when you buy through them (their own privacy policies also apply).
- Government agencies, regulators or courts, when required by law.
We do not sell your personal information. If we share data with a provider outside the Philippines, we require protection comparable to Philippine standards.
5. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Order and tax records are generally kept for 10 years as required by Philippine tax and accounting rules. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent. When no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
6. How we protect it
We use organizational, physical and technical safeguards, including access controls, encryption of data in transit, secured systems and staff confidentiality obligations. If a data breach puts your rights at risk, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission (NPC) as required by law.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, measure traffic and, where you allow it, personalize marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.
8. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to:
- Be informed about how your data is processed.
- Access a copy of your personal information.
- Object to processing, including direct marketing.
- Correct inaccurate or outdated information.
- Erase or block your data, in the cases the law allows.
- Data portability, where applicable.
- Be indemnified for damages caused by inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or unauthorized use of your data.
- File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
To exercise these rights, email our DPO at breakthroughrevolution@gmail.com. We may ask you to verify your identity first, and we aim to respond within 15 days.
9. Marketing choices
You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in each message, or by replying “STOP” to our SMS. Opting out of marketing does not affect order-related messages.
10. Children
Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18 without a parent or guardian’s consent. If you believe a child has given us information, contact our DPO and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the effective date shown at the top.
